Refund Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR DELEGATES – GRADA 2025

As a registered delegate or attendee (referred to as “you/your”), please read the following terms carefully. By submitting your registration and/or by attending GRADA 2025, you agree to be bound by these policies:

1. Cancellation & Refund Requests
•  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: info@gradaconference.com
•  Refunds are granted only if the cancellation is received 30 business days before the event (a 10% deduction will apply as      administrative charges).
•  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 business days of the event.
•  Refund processing time: 30 working days from the date of written request.
 
2. Transfer of Registration
•  Registrations may be transferred up to one month before the event.
•  Transfers must be submitted by the original registrant via email to: info@gradaconference.com
•  Include the full name, title, contact number, and email of the replacement person.
•  Once transferred, registrations are non-refundable.
 
3. Organizer Rights
•  Med Prodoc reserves the right to withdraw any registration after confirmation without liability.
 
4. Force Majeure & Schedule Changes
•  Med Prodoc may cancel or change the event date(s) due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, strikes,         pandemics, terrorism, etc.).
• If new dates are scheduled and you cannot attend, you may redeem your registration for any other Med Prodoc event within one year from the original date.
 
5. Personal Travel & Accommodation
•  All personal arrangements (e.g., travel, hotel) are made at your own risk. Med Prodoc holds no liability for such costs.
 
6. Full Cancellation by Organizer
•  If Med Prodoc cancels GRADA 2025 entirely, you will receive a 100% credit note for your registration fee, redeemable for another Med Prodoc event within one year.
 
7. Hotel Bookings via Organizer  
•  Any hotel payments made directly to the organizer are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR SPONSORS – GRADA 2025

1. Sponsor Cancellations
• All sponsor cancellations must be in writing to info@gradaconference.com
• 60+ days before the event: 50% of the contract value will be charged.
• 0–59 days before the event: 100% of the contract value will be charged.
 
2. Schedule Changes
• If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to force majeure or other uncontrollable events, sponsorship value can be redeemed at another Med Prodoc event within one year.
